Free Shipping

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all UAE orders. Order before 4pm and your parcel will be sent for next working-day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day and delivered the day after.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options to cater to your needs:

• Standard UAE Shipping: Order before 4pm (Sunday to Friday) and your order will usually arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends will typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

• International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for our customers outside of the United Arab Emirates. Please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. For international shipping - please contact support@drydolly.ae

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and know exactly when it will arrive.

Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to deliver our products to as many customers as possible, there are some shipping restrictions that we must adhere to:

• We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, with next-day delivery on all orders placed before 4pm. We also ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist with a special request. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns for international shipments.
