15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders Shipped to the United States

At the moment, we’re sadly unable to offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the United States.

As a small, growing brand, the logistics and costs involved in return shipping from the USA are something we’re not yet able to manage. 

We completely understand how important it is to feel confident when ordering, so we encourage our US customers to take a little extra time reviewing our size guide, product details, and imagery before purchasing. And if you’re unsure about anything at all, we’re always happy to help before you place an order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@drydolly.ae

They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at support@drydolly.ae.
